Got me the lowest rate, return call, the best thing that when I tried to add a car with the operator using the 800 number I could and the next morning received a call from my agent and she added the car with no problem!!

Their agents are professional, courteous, and very responsive...

After a long pattern of nightmarish ordeals with NC Farm Bureau, my wife and I switched all of our commercial and personal policies over to Insurance Pros. Their agents are professional, courteous, and very responsive–by phone, by email, and in person. All this for rates that are no higher that what we were paying before.

I would do 10 stars if I could!!!!

Insurance Pros are phenomenal, with excellent customer service,friendly employees,the lowest and affordable insurance prices and are very knowledgeable regarding all of your insurance needs. I highly highly recommend them to everyone!! I had been with another insurance provider for over 20years and switched to Insurance Pros and saved half of what I was paying!! I would do 10 stars if I could!!!!
